Lawra - Rainshield

Our 2.75 million dollar repair started in the spring of 2018.  What struck me from the very beginning was RainShield’s determination to keep our strata council involved and updated on both the positive and negative aspects of our project.  For the first year, we were asked to meet with RainShield weekly to discuss urgent and non-urgent matters, to discuss budget and timeline updates and to discuss construction unveilings.  I never felt surprised when being told of increases in either budget or timeline, we knew in advance at which stages construction could hand us timeline and budget hurdles.

RainShield is positive, courteous, and always smiling.  As much as personality doesn’t change the end result of the project, it certainly doesn’t hurt to be working with someone who is a pleasure to be around.
